Request account deletion
Use the in-app account-deletion control where available, or email support with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” Removing the app from your device does not delete your account or server-stored data.

Identify the account email and relevant team context. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents, or sensitive child records by ordinary email.

You may request review, correction, or deletion of a child’s information, subject to verification and applicable law.
